My role centered on developing a content marketing strategy that encapsulated snuggs' core values and beliefs, aligning them with snuggs' long-term vision for content creation.
The primary goal was to bridge the connection between this lovebrand, rooted in kindness, and its target audience. This approach aimed to elevate awareness about snuggs products and the technology driving them.

Content & Strategy
My role was to plan and execute all the upcoming content for the global @snuggs Instagram account – (back then 37K followers).
I was collaborating closely with the Cofounders on the marketing strategy & the Head of product on the new product launches. The execution of copywriting, Instagram management and design was mostly in my hands. In cases of more elaborate designs - I briefed and externally outsourced the work.

Local Instagram launch
Launch of a new, local Instagram account, for CZ & SK market.
snuggs was about to launch an engaging discussion centered around sports and the menstrual cycle driven by a series of interviews featuring leading Czech sportswomen, conducted by Czech reporter Linda Bartosova. It was an ideal time to get closer to the community that supported snuggs from its very beginning.
My responsibility was to craft localized content for @snuggs.cz and develop a strategic plan for the account's launch
(The result was growth from 0K -> 6K+ followers in 1 week).

The objective was to foster a deeper connection between snuggs and its customers by sharing stories and engage them in open conversations about a range of topics. This included discussions about the brand, products, technology, customer inquiries, FAQs, and health-related subjects.
Often, these exact topics paved the way for a new, anonymous safe space where individuals freely shared their experiences with snuggs products and their menstrual health.
